Our return policy is valid for 14 days for distance purchases & 7 days for direct purchases
If you are not satisfied with the products you received, you can exchange them in one of the following ways:
Exchange
Contact us via our contact form or via [email protected]. Then send the item back by post. You can exchange the product for another, or in the event that the exchange is due to a malfunction, it will be exchanged for a new product which will then be sent to you again. Shipping for returns and exchanges is paid by the customer.
Return
If the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it and get your money back. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product for online purchases and 7 days for direct purchases and inform us that you wish to return it. Then send it back to us at the address you received by email. The product must of course be unused/unopened packaging and delivered in the same condition as when you received the product for the exchange/return to be valid.
Refund
Our goal is to process the return within 7 business days of receiving it at our warehouse. The amount will be refunded to you within 30 days of the return being processed.
In the event of loss of package or broken product caused by shipping, we refer you to our shipping agent for possible compensation.
